Consign Your Excellent Condition Children's Clothing, Baby Gear and Maternity Wear with Us

 

Read below and then fill out the "Consign with Us" form to book your spot.

How it Works:

  1. Sort and organize the items you would like to consign. 
We accept a MAXIMUM of 50 items per size range/gender. 
This is in an effort to keep the site fresh with a variety of sizes and to keep our consignment periods on time. Sets are counted as one item.
  


2. Make sure all items are FRESHLY laundered, folded (sets folded together), and are new or in EXCELLENT used condition.
  


The best question to ask yourself is, "Would I buy this again in it's current condition?"
We do not accept items that are torn, ripped, have broken zippers, missing buttons, stains, pet hair, lots of pilling, or strong odours.
Items that we deem unpostable will be returned to you at the end of your terms.
For the Baby Gear category, we do not accept cribs, high chairs, or carseats. Please email us if you need clarification on specific items.
  


3. Drop off your items at 2614 Links Drive the month before your consignment spot (i.e. If your consignment is for May, your items need to be dropped off anytime in April). Your items will be listed for sale for 8 weeks. You will receive an email when your items have been posted to the website and that is when your 8 week consignment term will start. 
  


Mini Moose Consignment is responsible for pricing items and will choose prices based on brand, style, and condition.
You can choose to receive 50% of the profit in the form of store credit or 40% of the profit via e-transfer at the end of your term.
You will receive an itemized print out of each item that is sold with each selling price at the end of your term. 
To keep track of your items when they are listed, we will provide you a 5 digit ID number that can be put in our page search engine.
  


4. At the end of the consignment term your items will be donated to an appropriate community organization or you can pick up the remaining items within 7-14 days.
  



Please respect our selling policies and only pack qualified items for us to inspect.  A lot of time, energy, and resources are put into organizing and inspecting the items. If we find that a consignment drop-off does not adhere to our policies we will not post any items from the lot.
