Abandoned Orders

Abandoned Orders - Orders placed and not picked up 

After an order is placed, the customer is required to pick up their order from the locker.

In the case that the order is not picked up and an arrangement to pick up has not been made, the Customer of the purchased order will be reminded via email to pick up at 1 month mark of order date. 

If the order is still not picked up after 2 weeks nor has an arrangement been made, from the date of reminder email, another email will be sent. 

We will contact you a third time, 2 weeks after your second reminder. If the order has still not been picked up and no arrangement has been made, the order will become property of Mini Moose Consignment Ltd.
